Event Details

A high-intensity interval training that consists of 8 sets of fast-paced exercises. Each performed for 20 seconds interspersed with a brief rest of 10 seconds Some Tabata classes will consist of all cardio moves, all muscle conditioning, or a mix of both. The class is intense but moves quickly, before you know it you will be on the last cycle!
