An energetic, upbeat aerobics class that is sure to get your body moving. Consisting of a 5 minute warm up, 45 minute cardio and 10 minute stretch and relaxation. The class will build with intensity as Denise will give you modifications for the moves, you will find yourself singing and cheering throughout this cardio workout. Definitely a fan favourite!
