Low Impact
An energetic, upbeat aerobics class that is sure to get your body moving, consisting of a 5-minute warmup, 45-minute cardio, and 10-minute stretch and relaxation. The class will build with intensity as Denise gives modifications for the moves. You will find yourself singing and cheering throughout this cardio workout. Definitely a fan favorite!
Tabata
A high-intensity interval training workout consisting of 8 sets of fast-paced exercises, each performed for 20 seconds interspersed with a brief rest of 10 seconds. Some Tabata classes will consist of all cardio moves, all muscle conditioning, or a mix of both. This class is intense but moves quickly. Before you know it you will be on the last cycle!
Circuit
CIRCUIT
A high intensity, fast-paced workout that will help tone your body and shed fat. You will move your way through a set amount of various exercises, performing each exercise as many times as you can in a set amount of time.
Denise offers a variety of circuit classes:
Hard 13:
Which is 13 exercises alternating between muscle conditioning and cardio for 45 seconds with 15 seconds of rest in between. You will move through this 3 times for a total of 39 rounds. 13 will be your lucky number after you take this class!
8-Minute Workout:
4 exercises (upper body, lower body, core, cardio), each is one minute in length, repeated once for a total of 8 minutes. There are 5 rounds in each class. It’s short but there is nothing sweet about this workout!
2/4 Workout:
3 stages, each stage consists of a 4-minute cardio workout interspersed with 2 minutes of upper, lower, and core exercises. Each stage grows with intensity and lasts for 18 minutes. Prepare to sweat with this workout!
